REV. FAITH SAVOY

Co-Director of Young Adults

Rev. Faith L. Savoy was born of humble beginnings in Baltimore, Maryland and educated through the public school system.  Being the middle of five children and given a name such as Faith a high calling was destined on her life. As a hard-working single mother, she overcame many obstacles in her life that further built the arsenal of testimonies that she cultivated into ministry for people of all ages.

At Patterson Asbury A.M.E. Zion Church, under the leadership of Rev. Leslie Barnett Davis, she co-founded the Divine Women’s Ministry that mentors young adults facing real-life challenges. This is also where Rev. Savoy accepted her calling into ministry October of 2009 and has been running for the Lord ever since. In January 2016, Bishop Richard K. Thompson appointed Rev. Faith L. Savoy pastor of Charity A.M.E. Zion Church.

Her mission is to seek those who are lost and direct them toward a life of abundance with Christ. She uses her life as a living testimony of what the power of God can do. Her motto is, “My witness is in my walk” #Walking4Jesus. She is determined to fulfill the calling on her life, which is preach to, teach, lead and direct God’s people.
